About Oliver
Throughout my years of schooling I have always taken an interest in storytelling. I adored the use of writing to express deep human emotions and the beauty of life. This love for the written word has led me down a path to being an English tutor for my close family and friends and eventually towards a wide variety of students. I want my students to succeed not only in writing but also in bettering themselves. To have a student improve in even the slightest way coming away from my lesson is the greatest gift to me.

TEACHING K-12 ENGLISH LITERACY AND CREATIVE WRITING
As a tutor, I have found that every student of mine is skilled in writing but they just haven’t unlocked their true potential. During a lesson, I help students understand where their strengths and weakness. With this, I then help them build upon their strengths while improving on their weaknesses.
I am also available to help proofread written pieces for grammar, overall structure, and prose.

Oliver is the best teacher I’ve had! Oliver does a great job at explaining different concepts. He never denies any questions and is very open to even further explain things I’m not sure of.
