About Iolo
Hi, I'm Iolo, a friendly and enthusiastic tutor currently and I'm currently a Biochemistry student at the University of Bristol. I understand that every student learns differently, and I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence.
I specialise in helping students at Key Stage 3 and GCSE level, focusing not only on improving grades but also on developing a solid understanding of the subject. Having recently completed my own studies, I know the challenges students face and can explain difficult concepts in a clear and relatable way.

My lessons will be interactive to ensure concepts are learnt deeply. All lessons are around an hour long and focus on recalling content from prior tutoring sessions and reinforcing concepts learnt in school. As a Biochemistry undergraduate in Bristol, I am capable of teaching Chemistry and Biology to a high standard which is in addition to the A* I achieved at A-levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths.
