About Anderson
Biologist, graduated from the University of Mogi das Cruzes (UMC) in 2001, having done internships in the area of animal behavior with capuchin monkeys and coatis by the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of São Paulo (USP). Specialist in Zoology by the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE) in 2005 and special student of the Master's course in Animal Biology at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) in 2003. During the period, he coordinated the research project on howler behavioral ecology ( Alouatta belzebul) in an Atlantic Forest fragment in the south of Pernambuco, from 2003 to 2006, financed by Primate Conservation and O Boticário Foundation for Nature Protection. He was a professor in a technical course in Caraguatatuba-SP, teaching classes on environmental preservation, environmental legislation, environmental education and environmental impact studies, a period that also held lectures on the situation of the Atlantic Forest Biome on the north coast of São Paulo. He worked from 2009 to 2012 on the itinerant program: The Atlantic Forest is Here! carried out by the SOS Mata Atlântica Foundation, a project consisting of an adapted truck that visited more than 100 cities in 17 states of the biome, developing environmental education activities, social mobilization and ecopedagogical workshops for children, youth and adults, with the establishment of partnerships among others NGOs, Universities and municipal governments, the project participated in the 2012 World Social Forum and Rio +20. He worked from 2013 to 2014 at Instituto Ekko Brasil / Projeto Lontra- base Pantanal-MS, as coordinator of social mobilization and environmental education with the establishment of partnerships between departments (Education, Environment and Tourism) of the Municipalities of Aquidauana and Anastácio, local Universities ( Federal and State), Army CM and other public and private institutions, for the development of scientific research, socio-environmental activities, workshops and lectures for local and riverside and indigenous communities. Organization of environmental events such as: Sentinelas das Águas (water week 2013 and 1014), Symposium of Otters and Otters and Conservation Tourism Course. He taught as a teacher summoned in a rural school by the State Government of Mato Grosso do Sul, municipality of Aquidauana-MS the subjects of Biology and Earth, Life, Work (TVT). Between 2016 and 2017, I held the position of executive director and adviser at the Bodoquena-Pantanal Geopark, as a researcher / collaborator at GEMAP: Group of Studies and Management in Protected Areas at the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul and chairman of the Management Council of APA Baía Negra - Ladário / MS.

I use a complementary methodology with theoretical exhibitions combined with practices in open places through experiences, whenever possible. Very dynamic material with many illustrations and practical examples of biology in our daily lives. Always using a simple language combined with scientific content.
