About Rafael
Soy Rafael Puche, biólogo y bioinformático, investigador en ciencias de la vida y profesor universitario con amplia experiencia en la enseñanza de programación científica. Mi pasión es ayudar a estudiantes y profesionales a tender un puente entre las ciencias biológicas y las herramientas computacionales.
A lo largo de mi carrera, he trabajado en análisis de datos genómicos, proteómicos y en el desarrollo de pipelines bioinformáticos en R y Python. Sé de primera mano que para alguien con formación en biología, medicina o farmacia, enfrentarse al código por primera vez puede parecer un desafío enorme. Por ello, he enfocado mi labor docente en simplificar la bioestadística y la programación, explicando los conceptos de forma lógica, visual y libre de tecnicismos innecesarios.
Si estás preparando tu tesis de pregrado o posgrado, necesitas superar una asignatura universitaria de análisis de datos o simplemente deseas aprender a automatizar tus análisis de laboratorio de forma reproducible, estaré encantado de acompañarte paso a paso en tu aprendizaje.

Enfoque aplicado: Trabajaremos con datos reales (incluso tus propios datos de tesis o investigación si lo prefieres) para resolver problemas reales de análisis y visualización de datos.
Sin memorización: Te enseño a entender la lógica de la programación, a buscar y solucionar errores por ti mismo, y a interpretar biológicamente los resultados.
Clases personalizadas: Adaptamos el ritmo a tu nivel, desde lo más básico (instalar RStudio y cargar tablas) hasta análisis bioinformáticos y ómicos complejos.
Una sesión típica incluye una breve introducción del concepto, resolución guiada de problemas prácticos en vivo y un espacio exclusivo para resolver tus dudas de proyectos en curso.
