About Norbaya
I have tutored over 150 students for two years, taught English through art, music, writing programs, and reading programs to 250 students in southern Africa, and I'm currently learning French and Setswana.

I love using cognitive engagement techniques, so I use art, inquiry, discussion, and the tutees interests to support learning. I strongly believe in collaborative work to engage learners, and faciliate accomplishing the needs of the learner.
A general lesson plan will include an informal or formal assessment of skills, setting or planning the session or the goals for the sesson with the learner, asking questions to help guide learning skills, and practice! Practice is going to make the big differences to improve.
I like to make sure the sessions are educational and fun, and also relaxed and welcoming. The lessons are for middle school to university level, and I can help grammar, writing, reading comprehension, creating presentations, public speaking, research, or other needs.
