About Rain
I am a biology student in my senior year of college pursuing graduate studies in astrophysics and planetary science. I studied IB biology and IB chemistry in high school, earning a 6 on both HL exams, so I am intimately aware of the struggles faced by high school students pursuing higher level courses. My intention is to help other students pursue their academic and professional dreams by transferring my knowledge and reasoning skills. In the process, I aim to grow as an academic and improve my own skills with student interaction.

My teaching style focuses on building foundational knowledge and reasoning skills that can be applied towards a course curriculum at the high school or undergraduate level in general biology, microbiology, chemistry, or math.
My goal is to find topics the student struggles with, identify the underlying misunderstandings or gaps in reasoning, and help the student build reasoning tools to grasp the topic in question.
