I am a dedicated Biology Teacher with a strong passion for education, science, and human health. Alongside teaching, I am a practising First Contact Physiotherapist, committed to evidence-based care, patient education, and promoting movement and well-being.
My work is driven by a belief in clarity, compassion, and empowerment—whether I am teaching students biological concepts or helping individuals better understand their bodies.
