About Kate
I have previously worked as a maths tutor with my main focus in helping pupils overcome lack of confidence in maths. I have had great success in fostering a passion for the subject in students who were previously disengaged and failing exams.

Hi my name is Kate, I'm a second year medical student at the University of Nottingham. I have previously achieved a first class degree in BSc Human Biology. I tutor biology up to A-level, and my philosophy is to structure lessons around the goals of my students, be this exam preparation, building confidence, or developing a deeper understanding of the subject. I aim to help students fully achieve their potential whilst keeping lessons engaging.
