About Ella
My interest in biology began when I first learned about the complexity and beauty of living systems. I was fascinated by how cells function, how organisms adapt to their environments, and how the human body performs countless processes every second to sustain life. This curiosity eventually led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences.
Over the past 6 years, I have worked with many students who initially found biology overwhelming due to the large number of scientific terms and processes involved. Through structured explanations and visual learning methods, I help students simplify complex biological ideas and build confidence in their understanding. I believe that once students truly understand the logic behind biological processes, the subject becomes much more interesting and enjoyable.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about new developments in medicine, environmental science, and biotechnology. Learning about scientific discoveries helps me bring relevant examples into my lessons and show students how biology connects to real-world scientific advancements.

Biology is the scientific study of living organisms and the processes that allow life to exist, grow, and evolve. In my biology lessons, I focus on helping students clearly understand the fundamental concepts that explain how living systems function. Topics such as cell biology, genetics, human anatomy, ecology, and evolution are explored in a structured and engaging way so students can build a strong foundation in life sciences.
Lessons usually begin with fundamental biological principles such as the structure and function of cells, which are the basic units of life. Students then move on to understanding how cells reproduce, how genetic information is passed from one generation to another, and how organisms grow and develop. As the lessons progress, students learn about body systems such as the nervous system, circulatory system, and respiratory system, as well as how these systems work together to maintain life.
To make learning biology more effective and interesting, I use clear explanations, diagrams, and real-world examples that connect biological concepts to everyday life. Students also practice answering conceptual questions and analyzing biological processes so they can strengthen both their knowledge and analytical skills. My goal is to help students understand biology deeply rather than simply memorizing information for exams.
