About Kaitlin
I have been providing tutoring and academic lessons through high school and college. I have taught many students (10+) of all different ages and abilities. If it is needed, I have extensive knowledge of teaching students with disabilities as I worked with disability services in college. I have helped students pass difficult courses that they have failed in the past (microbiology, chemistry) as well as achieve grades they were incredibly proud of in classes which they were very nervous about succeeding in. I love seeing people grow to have confidence in themselves in subjects that once terrified them; that is my highest goal in tutoring and teaching.

Hello! I am a recent graduate from Massachusetts who has relocated to Colorado. I have extensive knowledge of both general biological science as well as more specific subjects like zoology and psychology as well. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marine Animal Behavior. I am based out of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I love to create individualized lesson plans to fit with the student's personal needs; I tutored in college and high school so I know that one size does not fit all in learning. I'm comfortable both creating lesson plans if a student is interested in learning something new, and also taking school lesson plans and working off of the knowledge the student is having difficulty fully understanding if it is assignments.
