About Thomas
Hello !
My name is Thomas Toplis, I am currently an undergraduate student in Cell and Molecular biology at Concordia University.
Coming from a French background with studies in Bordeaux, France, I speak fluently French and English and can offer classes in both languages.
I have experience in presenting and teaching new notions to students and I always love helping others understand interesting concepts.
During my free time, I like to act, play music and sing in my university choir.

A typical lesson with me will be organized in regards to the comfort of the student with the subject. For an introduction to a specific topic we will cover the basics, understand how each element works together and practice with specific problems. For subjects that are more comfortable, we will review what is not understood through lessons and problems.
I can help with understanding homework and guiding the student through the various steps to be able to solve it by themselves.
I mainly offer classes in biology, chemistry, mathematics and french from middle school to high school in both English and French.
I am also a classically trained pianist for 12 years and can offer piano lessons as well if needed.
