About Lucas
I am an enthusiastic scientist that is in the middle of my career. I am actively studying and staying on the latest topics in science development, and it gives me nothing but joy to speak about them with others. If I can help anyone who shares the same interest learn about my passion and maybe sway them to become passionate about science themselves, then I believe my mission as an academic is halfway there.
I believe that the best teachers I have had, have always been excited about their subjects, and that is what I strive to bring to any future students.
I also would like to provide, most importantly, a completely judgment-free zone. Science, while awesome, can be scary, and it can be scary to ask questions (no one wants to look dumb). Well, I was also scared of possibly sounding dumb, and that is the reason I want to provide a safe space for anyone looking for help. That doesn't mean you are less than anyone; that just means you want to be better than you are today, and that's what I am here for.

I can help you with anything from English (writing and speaking) to the most recent topics in biomedicine. My tutoring would be oriented toward any high school or university students outside the United States who intend on working in any situation where professional English speaking and writing are required.
Where my tutoring could be applied:
- Any courses in Biomedical Sciences (Chemistry, Organic Chem, Cell Bio, Anatomy, molecular biology, and Genetics).
