About Abigail
I am a recent graduate of Tufts University undergraduate program in Biomedical engineering and am currently pursuing my masters in bioengineering (also at Tufts University). I am also a varsity athlete, so being efficient and productive is very important to me. I would not have been able to achieve the level of academic success that I have now without outside resources and help, so I hope to be that here. Additionally, I really feel that quality online education should be more accessible and I hope that by working on this site, I can help another student succeed!

I am very invested in hearing about how my students best learn and adapting my sessions accordingly. A typical lesson plan consists of reviewing any past concepts from previous lessons that are still challenging and then moving to new material that is hoped to be mastered/better understood. Those who are most successful in my lessons are engaged and respond well to lessons being taught in more conversational format versus lecture. It is important to me that my students come prepared and are willing to learn multiple methodologies for solving problems. I hope to also instill good time management skills and hopefully a new appreciation for math/science!
