About Prerana
I am a senior in Biomedical Science and will be graduating in May 2019. I have been conducting research with a professor for about 2 years. Before I came to the United States I have tutored students in Biology and Chemistry in India for 2.5 years.

My teaching method is largely based on what the students feel is their weak point. I make sure that the concept is clearly understood and I often do this through drawing diagrams and pathways along with making use of the textbook to see which topics are to be covered. Also, I make large use of Youtube videos as revision of pathways. After covering a section, I often test the student's knowledge through practice questions and quizzes (may be oral or written).

If the distance I need to travel is greater than 3 miles, the price will be increased. Also, for cancellation of a lesson less than 2 hours before the lecture starts, 50% of the hourly rate will be charged.
