About Charlotte
I’m a friendly, patient and enthusiastic tutor who genuinely wants to help students feel more confident in their abilities. As a Biomedical Science university student with a strong background in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, I understand how overwhelming GCSEs can feel and how important it is to have someone who explains things in a way that makes sense to you. I’ll work at your pace, adapt my teaching to suit your individual needs and make sure you feel comfortable asking questions. My goal is not just to help you improve your grades, but to help you understand the subject and feel confident going into your exams.

My approach to tutoring is friendly, patient and personalised to each student. I believe the best way to learn is by understanding the topic rather than simply memorising information, so I use clear explanations, examples, active recall and exam-style questions throughout my lessons. I also adapt my teaching style depending on what each student finds most helpful and focus on building their confidence alongside their knowledge. Lessons are typically 1 hour long, with flexibility depending on the student’s needs. I am currently studying Biomedical Science at university and have a strong background in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. My lessons are aimed at GCSE students, helping them improve their understanding, prepare for exams and feel more confident in their subjects.
