I have a background in Biomedical Technology and over 5 years of experience working in both academic and professional settings. My passion for teaching comes from a desire to help students understand the practical application of the subjects they learn. My Approach to Tutoring

My goal is to create a learning environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, especially in math and science subjects.
Techniques and Teaching Methodology:
I incorporate visual aids such as pictures, diagrams, and videos to explain abstract concepts, especially in subjects like math (algebra, geometry) and science. I also like to relate lessons to current events or students' interests, which makes the subject matter more relatable and memorable. This approach keeps students engaged and encourages them to think beyond textbooks.
I use interactive techniques like asking questions, encouraging students to solve problems on their own, and providing immediate feedback. This helps students build confidence and develop a deeper understanding of the topics covered.
Typical Length of a Lesson:
Each lesson is 1 hour long, which is enough time to cover important topics thoroughly while keeping students focused. During the lesson, we’ll start by reviewing previous material before diving into new content. I also dedicate time at the end for questions and practice exercises to reinforce learning.
