About Sridevi
I am a Biotechnologist/HR with working experience of up to 1 year. I have been assisting in teaching for a small private group on an occasional basis. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology and have done my research project in Membrane-based LYTIC BROADCASTING SYSTEM as part of the GATES Foundation, BIRAC projects, a public sector undertaking of INDIAN GOVT. I also have a Master's Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management.

My teaching methodology is purely based on the student's comfort level and his/her's grasping ability. It's highly flexible and I believe in teaching and going over again and again till the students understand and feel like they could grasp the idea. I highly believe that teaching each student can be very different and it should be flexible for their comfort level. This is the value on which my teaching methodology is based on.
