About Bidisha
I am a biotechnology engineer. Completed my college in 2020. A fresher and applying for phd positions. Enthusiastic about teaching. Extremely good with comprehending and articulating. I have also been a president of the college music club and had a student of class 12 whom I taught biology. I realised my teaching skills are pretty good when my student showed unbelievable progress in the subject.

What I believe as a teacher is that teachers should make the classes interesting and interactive. There should be no scope for fear or doubts. Just be their friends!! Also teaching by giving examples and instances that makes it easier for students to remember the topics. Regular short revisions and a lot of practice. Highlighting of key points. Teaching in a smart manner.
