About Raphael
I create work that connects with people in ways that feel genuine, memorable, and lasting. Speaking three languages and living in five countries has shaped how I understand culture, creativity, and human behavior. I've led teams from 2 to 100 and learned how to inspire people and ideas to reach their fullest potential. I create art but also ideas for other forms of media.
My career spans top global agencies and in-house roles for world-class brands. Working at Goodby Silverstein & Partners remains a highlight, not only for the creative standard but for the richness of a team representing more than 30 nationalities.
Today, I focus on AI-driven creativity building campaigns, content, and immersive brand worlds using advanced AI tools. From generative design and 3D environments to rapid prototyping and large-scale content systems, I integrate AI at every stage to accelerate production and expand what’s creatively possible.
I’m at my best turning complexity into clarity and crafting stories that move people. I’ve led 360° creative strategy and execution for brands like Pantone, Microsoft, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and the New York Lottery helping iconic brands evolve and emerging brands break through.
My work has earned recognition at 200+ international award shows, including Cannes Lions, The One Show, and D&AD. But what matters most is creating ideas that work ideas people remember, talk about, and feel.
