I usually start lesson planning based on the answers to the following:
- Area/Topics of study
- Example questions from the course/current notes
- Areas of trouble
I then go through and figure out lesson plans (on a weekly basis) that work towards improving understanding and performance, and coming up with tangible strategies to approach coursework.
