About Peter
I have been teaching English and German as a foreign language for over 8 years. During this career I taught at different language schools (eg Berlitz, The English Room Leipzig) as well as at a middle school in Leipzig. I have a degree in computer science and am working as a freelance software developer in addition to teaching. Since 2017 I give online lessons, which allows me to travel to different countries and live there.

A central role for me is the development of communicative skills and orientation to real communication scenarios. In the center is often a communicative task (eg a job interview, a visit to the restaurant, etc.). I use different materials in my lessons (textbooks, videos, worksheets, newspaper articles, ...) and align myself individually with the interests and needs of my students.
