Growing up, Pamela Sargent always loved a bit of friendly competition. An avid athlete, she was a gymnast throughout her childhood and played a variety of sports during high school. When she was 25, Pamela joined a local bootcamp to get back into a regular workout routine. She was surprised to discover how fun it was and how quickly the intense workouts transformed her body. She recognized a new career opportunity and decided to become a certified personal trainer.
In February 2017, she opened her own gym, Limitless Fitness, in Lynn, Massachusetts.
Five years later, Pamela opened a second location in Revere, Massachusetts. Her focus is empowering women through movement, while creating community and giving them a sense of support both in-person and online.
