I first learn boxing at the age of 12. The sport had a positive effect on me then as it still does today. I train young men and women to this day at Black and Blue boxing in Gunnedah. M

Over 25 years experience working with individual clients. Training fighters both amateur and professional as well as people looking to lose weight and those that wish to train for the purpose of ongoing health,well being and the confidence to defend themselves and their loved ones. Working also with people self funded through the NDIS program, I've had experience working with a very wide scope of clients.
Boxing is a sport of humility, courage and honour. I believe every body can benefit from learning basic combat skills.
