About Thiago
I offer English courses for students of all levels, for conversation development, writing and reading, or as preparation for language proficiency tests. I lived in Cambridge with my family until I was seven years old, where I was taught English in public school. In Brazil I have always studied English, at school and in private classes, receiving certificates. Graduated in Social Communication from PUC-Campinas, I have worked in American companies and used a lot of the language in that context. In 2008 English became the first language in my life when I went to work outside Brazil, having passed through several locations until 2011. Back in Brazil with a foreign partner, I spoke English at home and taught at Berlitz, Haddock Street Lobo, in São Paulo, where I worked from 2012 to 2017. I enjoy teaching and I feel recognized for the students' progress or the completion of their goals. I always bring some content researched especially for the student or the class. I try to keep the class as interesting as possible without dosing the necessary corrections and always passing relevant content to the students. I want students to evolve by gradually increasing fluency and decreasing errors in language.

I like to plan the class around a theme, which I choose according to the student. Within the class I want the student to practice all the skills of the language: speaking, listening, reading and writing in English. I try to use English in 100% of the class, attentive to the difficulties of Brazilian students. In class I try to balance his fluency with the student's accuracy, encouraging the student to speak, maximizing their classroom experience for fluency, and dosing the necessary corrections.

Excelente professor de inglês, busca de maneira criativa e estruturada preparar um plano didático alinhado com as necessidades pessoais do aluno.
