About Luísa
Hi! I’m Luísa, I’m Brazilian and I’ve been living in London for the past few years.
I’ve always been curious about the world and the people who live in it. Six years ago, I decided to travel and make the world my home, which led me to visit 5 continents and experience many different cultures along the way.
I love discovering new places, trying local food, listening to music and, most of all, meeting people and hearing their stories.
I’m naturally curious and love having conversations about pretty much everything, so I’m always happy to learn something new from the people I meet too.
I’d love to share a little bit of Brazil with you and get to know your story along the way.

My lessons focus on Brazilian Portuguese conversation and real-life communication.
We’ll use everyday situations and topics that genuinely interest you to practise speaking, vocabulary, pronunciation and Brazilian expressions. I can also explain grammar whenever it helps you understand how the language works.
Lessons are usually 50 minutes and are adapted to your level and goals. They’re suitable for adults, from beginners who want to start speaking to more advanced learners who want to become more natural and confident in conversation.
I’m a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker and don’t have a formal teaching qualification, so my lessons are not a traditional academic Portuguese course. Instead, they’re a space to practise the language with a native speaker and learn how Brazilians actually communicate.
