Meisha is an excellent gymnastics teacher. she breaks down the skills into smaller components so that the technique is fully understood. She identifies strength and flexibility needed to do the skills and has helped both my daughters achieve skills they were struggling with. She has fantastic equipment to aid her lessons and her own private studio
