About Maria
I have always been passionate about science and helping others develop confidence in their learning. Biology, Chemistry and Physics can often seem challenging, but I believe that with the right explanation and support, every student can understand and succeed in these subjects.
I enjoy working with young people and helping them build both knowledge and confidence. My aim is to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring concepts in greater depth.
Whether a student is preparing for GCSEs, A-Levels, improving grades, or strengthening their understanding of key topics, I am committed to helping them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Science should make sense, not feel overwhelming. My approach focuses on helping students understand the "why" behind scientific concepts rather than simply memorising facts and formulae.
By connecting topics to real-world examples and adapting lessons to each student's learning style, I help students build confidence, improve problem-solving skills, and achieve stronger academic results.
I teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics from Key Stage 3 through to A-Level, providing support with exam preparation, revision strategies, coursework, topic mastery, and scientific reasoning. Lessons are patient, structured, and tailored to help every student reach their full potential.
