About Joseph
I have over 3 years of experience within the educational sector covering all ages from KS 2 to undergrad level. During my BSc in Sports & Exercise Science I assisted my cohort with proof reading and aiding them to understand and develop their knowledge around specific topics such as physiology and biochemistry.
I have over 7 years of experience within the health and fitness sector. Which I have developed my understanding and awareness applying my CPD to various specialised populations.
I provide organised lesson plans ensuring students achieve their full potential.
