About Akhona
I'm currently a physics and applied maths major working towards getting my PhD in particle physics someday. When not studying, I enjoy self studying political philosophy to work towards a better tomorrow as well as doing volunteer work for working class organisations. I have experience tutoring in the University of Johannesburg for first year calculus students.

My approach is to learn what my students are struggling with specifically, and attempt to build their knowledge base for topics that would assist in their understanding of the field they struggle with.
Following that, I work on strengthening their core understanding of the topic in question and do practice questions and papers until they feel confident enough to move onto the next topic.
