I’m Taimia, a final-year BSc Radiation Therapy student at Trinity College Dublin with a strong academic background in both science and English. For Biology, I emphasize concept clarity, visual aids, and active recall techniques to make complex topics manageable and memorable. In English, I focus on critical thinking, structured writing, and language skills, helping students express ideas effectively and improve their analytical writing. Typical Lesson Structure: Lessons are usually 60 minutes long, with the option for longer or shorter sessions based on the student's needs. Each session includes a quick review, core topic focus, interactive tasks, and a recap with follow-up guidance. Qualifications & Experience: Final-year BSc Radiation Therapy student at Trinity College Dublin with a strong academic foundation in both science and humanities Experience mentoring students through peer-led university programs Volunteer experience working with children in educational and after-school settings Trained in child safeguarding, communication, and academic mentoring Who I Teach: Students from primary level up to Leaving Certificate for English language Leaving Certificate & University students for essay writing Suitable for students looking for subject support, exam prep, CV writing or help with essay writing I also welcome students who are learning English as an additional language and need tailored support with reading, writing, or speaking.
