I’m Sophie, 32 years old, and I moved from the Netherlands to Bristol with my husband and baby son. I have a great passion for coaching children and young people — with over 12 years in social work and youth care. I want to bring my warmth, intuition and skills to those who need them.

I have over 12 years of experience coaching children and young people. Together we explore self-image, identity, emotions, behaviour and environment — always tailored to who you are and what you need. I hope to help build a strong sense of self-worth and confidence, and to be a sounding board for whatever is alive in you. I love working with creative tools and activities that feel like a natural fit — such as creating an identity book, discovery cards, drawing or painting emotions and feelings, and much more.
