About KOR FITNESS
My name is Kym O' Reilly and I am the sole coach and owner of KOR Fitness. I am a final year student in my bachelor's degree of sport and exercise science. I am also a competitive amateur boxer in Ireland as well a boxing coach within my club. I have a passion for fitness and exercise and the importance it plays in our everyday lives. My goal as your personal trainer will be to help you reach your personal goals, whilst also working with you towards a future in keeping healthy, fit and active.

24hr access to me for any questions or queries you may have about your fitness journey.
The choice of a fully tailored nutrition plan.
Weekly zoom meetings of 15-20 minutes with me to keep our progress going!
Price is set per hour but if you decide to train with me, I offer several exercise blocks at different prices which you can decide on after our initial consultation.
All coaching will be done online through whatsapp and zoom, where you will be sent your altered training programme each week aswell as a nutrition plan where necessary.
