About Mulasi
I am a dedicated English tutor committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven lessons tailored to each student’s goals. My teaching style is structured, engaging, and highly personalized, with a strong focus on building confidence and precision in both written and spoken English.
With experience as a university laboratory assistant, I worked closely with students who struggled with English, not only marking their reports and tests but also refining their grammar, spelling, and written expression. This has given me a strong ability to quickly identify and improve language weaknesses.
I specialize in spelling, vocabulary, grammar, and essay writing, and I enjoy incorporating poetry to make lessons more engaging and enriching.
Fluent in both English and French and partially Afrikaans, I support a diverse range of students and ensure clear understanding at every stage.
My lessons are interactive, supportive, and focused on real progress. I work best with motivated beginners to intermediate students who are serious about improving their English and achieving strong academic results.

I take a student-centered approach to teaching English, focusing on building both confidence and strong language foundations. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level, goals, and learning style, ensuring steady and practical progress. My teaching style is patient, clear, and structured, with an emphasis on spelling, vocabulary, grammar, and essay writing.
I also enjoy poetry, which I sometimes incorporate into lessons to make learning more engaging and to help students develop a deeper appreciation for the language.
I teach in English while also speaking in French and Afrikaans, which is helpful for students who need extra support understanding concepts.
In a typical lesson, we review previous work, introduce new concepts, and practise through guided and independent exercises. I keep lessons interactive and supportive so students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating.
My lessons are ideal for beginners to intermediate students, especially those looking to improve their grammar, writing, communication skills, and overall confidence in English.
