About Malavika
Hi! I’m an IIT Roorkee BTech graduate who has always enjoyed learning and teaching physics. Many students find Physics difficult since they try to mug up concepts rather than trying to understand them. My main aim is to help students understand the concept, how to apply it and solve problems more efficiently. I want to help students understand that Physics is all around us and if we can apply the concepts to our surroundings, we can truly understand the concepts and this also helps in better retention of the concepts.

Physics is all around us, we just need to observe our surroundings. My classes are interactive and student-friendly. I explain the concepts, encourage doubts, and help the student solve problems related to the topic done in class. My goal is to help students feel confident in physics and enjoy learning it, rather than feeling scared or stressed by it. I use my iPad to write clear digital notes during class, along with relevant images and videos. I also use screen sharing so students can see everything clearly without having to strain their eyes, just like having a personal digital board. I mainly teach students across CBSE, ICSE, IB, State boards, etc., and I also help students preparing for JEE, NEET, SAT and other competitive exams. I believe that if the basics are clear early on, physics stops feeling difficult and starts becoming logical and interesting. I explain concepts step by step and connect ideas so students don’t feel lost while solving problems. During my JEE preparation, Physics became my strongest subject because I focused on understanding how and why things work instead of memorizing formulas. That way of learning completely changed how I approach the subject, and it’s the same approach I bring into my teaching.
