About Joelle
Hi, I’m Joelle - an English tutor who genuinely enjoys helping people find their voice.
I’ve always been drawn to literature, poetry, and the way words can express ideas, emotions, and perspectives. Over time, I realized that what I enjoy most is helping others understand what they’re reading and feel confident expressing their own thoughts.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude in public relations and communications, where I honed my skills in storytelling, public speaking, and writing. I focus on making lessons clear, engaging, and tailored to each student, because everyone learns differently.
I volunteered at summer camps with children and received a certificate for the TEFL course.
I’m patient, supportive, and I create a space where you can ask questions without feeling judged. Whether you’re struggling with a text or just want to improve your confidence, I’m here to guide you through it.
For me, it’s not just about getting the right answers, it’s about helping you think, understand, and communicate with confidence.
