About Jatin
Namaskaram, I’m Jatin Nagla.
A Classical Hatha Yoga teacher trained at Sadhguru Gurukulam at Isha Yoga Center, having completed 1750+ hours of intense yogic training in Classical Hatha Yoga.
The practices I offer are structured by Sadhguru — a yogi, mystic, visionary, and founder of Isha Foundation — who has made profound yogic sciences available in a powerful and accessible way for today’s world.
My journey into yoga began as a search for deeper balance, clarity, and inner growth. Through intense training, disciplined practice, and volunteering experiences, I have experienced how these methods can transform the quality of one’s body, mind, and inner life.
That is why I started YogaVardhan.
My intention is to share authentic, time-tested yogic practices with precision and sincerity—so that more people can build strength, balance, focus, and inner stability in their lives.
Yoga is not just physical exercise.
It is a powerful inner technology for transformation.
