About Jonathan
🪂 Passionate about mental coaching and a skydiving instructor for over 10 years (8,000 jumps), I help people build mental strength, manage stress, and boost self-confidence. I love sharing this curiosity and showing that it’s not a “difficult” subject — but rather an amazing playground for the mind. My approach is simple and human: practical tools, tested in extreme sports, to tackle everyday challenges.
