About Refilwe
Previously tutored at Rosebank College (Braamfontein) during my undergraduate studies. Subjects taught were HR and Business Management.
The tutorials were group based, with notes, presentations, discussions and short tasks as means of teaching. This methodology helped students grasp concepts that they previously didn't understand and incited their interest in the subject.
I now work at a growing SMME as an administration manager, handling a number of state contracted projects. This includes liaising with staff members and customer representatives to meet goals, while finding new ways to improve productivity.

As a business management practitioner, I offer lessons to higher education and high school commerce students.
My lessons begin with a discussion with students on concepts they don't understand from previous lectures or classes, with the outcomes of the discussion being incorporated into the lesson plan if possible. A lecture type presentation is then given according to the lesson plan, with opportunities for students to ask questions as I present. The lesson is ended with a task to test the students' understanding of presented concepts, these tasks can be completed in during lessons or at home depending on their length. Feedback is then given in the form of self/peer grading, and concluded with advice, such as concepts to focus on or study methods.
As a tutor, I am lively and charismatic, but also stern and professional when teaching
