About Lee
A British Army Veteran who served with both Commando and UKSF forces
I started my first business at 26 after leaving the Army
I have started several businesses, some have been successful and some have not, but learning from each.
During the past 2 and a bit decades I have helped Startups, SMEs and Corporate clients with Leadership, Personal & Business Growth.
My real passion lies in being able to help people transform their lives for the better.
Lee’s mentoring/coaching experience
I mentored throughout my time in the British Army, continuing in businesses I started and Startup, SME and Corporate clients.
Having suffered burnout in 2017, I learnt about Life Coaching to help myself, but finding I was able to help others also.
As an accredited & certified in Life Coach, NLP and CBT practitioner, I also hold a Masters in Business Mentoring.
I mentor both individuals & organisations to facilitate change and growth for my clients in both their lives and business.

No two people are the same, that is why I listen and hear all my clients, what they have to say and what they want from life, even if they are yet to find the answer. It is by listening to each individual client that I am able to gain their trust, so that we can work together.
I am a forward thinking and open individual, who aims to empower my clients so they can make the change that they want and require in their lives. Giving them to tools and confidence so they can transition and transform, enabling them to live the life that they desire and deserve.
