About Grace
I am a Business Management undergraduate at King's CollegeLondon, one of the Top 10 ranked Universities in the world (QS rankings). I began tutoring when I was only 14, supporting other students in school to help out my teachers at the time. As I progressed to Sixth form, I gained several clients from school whilst completing my ALevels in psychology, economics and English language where I achieved 3A*s. I was the highest performer in my Sixth form and my resources for GCSE, Alevels and tutoring continue to be used by my school 2 years later. During y first year of studying at King', I have rapidly increased my tutoring clientel, focusing on building what started as a hobby because I am passionate about helping others into a career. Although my academics are incredibly important to me, I also have a wide range of other interests such as music, sport, debate and social media. I like to encourage my students to talk about theirs in the sessions so that we can incorporate context to support understanding. I find that when you can link what you are studying to something you are truly interested in, motivation increases significantly.

Each session is completely tailored to how you learn best. I use a variety of techniques to support information retention, depth of understanding and other skills such as exam techniques. For example, for some individuals who need support with revision and information recall, I teach proven effective methods such as blurting and efficient note-taking which helps support time management. For other students, it may be that they need more support understanding the content so my sessions are an open and supportive space where I encourage students to ask as many questions as they want. I've worked as a tutor from ages 7-18 so have vast experiencing all subjects ranging form the maths and science to English and all of my students so far have reported significant improvements in their performance both in class and exam assessments.
