About Modupe
I am an entrepreneur with up to 20 years experience. Apart from running my day to day business tasks, I am a lecturer's assistant at a local College for a few hours a week helping with BTEC Level 3 in Business and also HNC in Business Studies. My employment background prior to setting up my business was in Business & Finance and I have worked within the Investments, Finance and Housing sectors for 12 years. I have a passion for career development and mentoring. This has driven me to also volunteer for some charitable organisations, offering my mentoring expertise.

As much as I deliver lectures sharing useful bullet points as I go along. As long as my methodology suits my audience, I do like to assign small individual or group tasks to try and ensure my message is getting across. I do like my learners to carry out some research prior to classes and sometimes during classes. I also send feedback forms regularly to see where things can be improved and also to establish what is going well.
