I am the Financial Director for Cameron Group, where Charlie has held employment for the last year as IT Project Support.

He has worked on a number of large scale multi-departmental projects. Most notably an IT Software migration that involved significant staff training. Charlie arranged the training days and worked with staff following the hand over on a one-to-one basis to ensure everyone was up to scratch. His patience and dedication to the job would serve him well in a teaching position.

Other projects include marketing, analytics and tech support. His role during lockdown was key in our move to remote work on team viewer and Zoom. He was able to provide continuous guidance and support to our staff throughout this period.

Under our employment his punctuality, patience and technical know how has been excellent.

I am a current researcher at UCL, working as part of a behavioral insight team.

During my undergraduate degree, I had a number of 1-on-1 tutoring sessions with charlie for the Evolution and Behaviour course in the first year.

As an international student of Psychology, I didn’t have the same background knowledge in Biological Sciences for the module in question. Charlie took this into account for our sessions. Helping me significantly with content that the handouts built on. He also helped me with structuring my essays.

His knowledge of the material and teaching style made me feel very well understood during our sessions. Overall, he helped me feel much more prepared for the end of year examinations.
