About Alex
I am a recent BA MSc Natural Sciences graduate from Cambridge, with years of experience helping others learn sciences/maths online.
Due to recently completing my studies I understand what is required to achieve the top grades in these subjects and have helped many others in doing so, sharing my knowledge of exam technique - an often overlooked aspect that is one of the most important factors in scoring high marks - and explaining the most challenging concepts in a clear and concise manner.

My teaching method is based on problems. I have found that the best way of teaching difficult concepts is to have a student attempt a problem and have them explain their thought process step-by-step. This allows for not just the correction of errors, but ensures the student really understands the question rather than just applying a method they don't fully grasp.
