About Max
I am a first-year PhD candidate at the University of Cambridge, funded by AstraZeneca, specializing in Applied Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence. My previous experience as a Machine Learning Engineer at Meta and my tenure as a visiting graduate student at MIT has endowed me with a unique blend of industry insight and academic rigor, which I am eager to pass on to my students.
I especially enjoyed the feeling of "clicking" when studying STEM subjects, and I love feeling that I am contributing to younger students becoming passionate about technical subjects through such clicks.

**Tutoring Experience**:
Over the past seven years, I have tutored over 50 students from GCSE to University Levels across mathematics, physics, and computer science. I celebrate a track record of success stories, with many students achieving remarkable grade improvements, some ascending from C/D to A/A* levels under my mentorship. At MIT, as a Teaching Assistant for 6.S088, I honed my ability to tailor teaching methods and explanations to individual learning styles and previous expertise, which has proven invaluable in delivering personalized education and achieving tangible academic advancements for my students.
