About Freya
I completed an undergraduate degree in theology in 2022, graduating with first class honours, after leaving school in 2019 with top A Level grades. My undergraduate degree focused on a wide array of topics, and I was lucky enough to be able to study a breadth of different areas in theology including ethics, metaphysics, biblical study, sociology of religion, and historical theology to name a few fields.
My master's degree, completed with a distinction in June 2023, focused on eschatology, epistemology, and ecotheology. My current doctoral studies, graciously funded by the Faculty of Divinity here at Cambridge, continues to delve into similar themes with an added focus on liberation theologies. I have been very privileged with the quality of my education here at Cambridge, and would love to be able to share the exciting things I have learnt!

Through both my undergraduate, masters and current doctoral studies, I have completed over 800 online lessons on various platforms, mainly targeted at A Level students. I am well aware that theology can be very difficult to get your head around, especially in a one-way classroom setting. I therefore structure lessons based on debate and chat, helping students understand topics through working towards arguments and conclusions together. I offer sessions of an hour, with lots of flexibility based on what style, time period, and availability you have!
