About Aravynd
I am originally from Derby and am going into my third year studying Law at the University of Cambridge.
I thoroughly enjoy teaching and helping students to reach their potential. I have learned a lot through my educational career on tips and techniques that work in reaching top grades at GCSE and A-Level and would like to impart this to others.
I have volunteered with Zero Gravity for over a year now, tutoring students on their university applications. I have also held various positions through school and Sixth Form that involved taking on a mentoring relationship.
My approach is to listen to and analyse the students' needs and teacher feedback and go from there. I.e. if the student struggles with exam technique, then sessions will focus on getting to grips with past papers and refining the way the student approaches questions in an exam setting.
I am a friendly, easy-going individual. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, hiking and swimming and (before my bad knees stopped me), I was an avid competitor in karate.
