About Isobel
I have extensive educational experience for my age. I have five years of hands-on work experience with children and young people between the ages of 4-16 in various environments. This includes assistant teaching with Imagine School, and volunteering with underprivileged young people at the Brewery Arts.
I also have experience in the publishing industry, working part-time at Haremi Educational Publishers, creating and editing educational content. I briefly worked at Penguin in the marketing and publicity team at Vintage.
My aim is to work in academia, researching and teaching the literature I love. Working as a professor would allow me to pass on my passion to students, which is my dream. Alternatively I would like to work in publishing. Working in publishing, like working in academia, would allow me to promote and spread beautiful, thoughtful, and interesting literature around the world.
