About Sarah
I am an undergraduate student studying Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at the University of Cambridge. I have three years of tutoring experience across each of these subjects, to both GCSE and A-Level standards. My previous students have gone on to achieve A and A* grades from various starting levels and I strongly believe that a strategy centered around first developing a core base knowledge in each part of the specification and then high-level exam technique is key to this progress; my lessons reflect this.

My lesson structures are split between content and exam technique, first I will work through a given topic from the specification ensuring the base level of understanding is acheived. Next, I move on to work through related past paper questions, teaching the most efficient methods to answer each style of question, and ensuring that the student is able to effectively apply their knowledge. I have found this method to equip students most effectively for their exams in a way which ensures both knowledge and exam technique (both essential to attain the top grades).
