About Ross
I am a down-to-earth geek who loves all technology. I am full of useless knowledge regarding films and video games.
I am a professional but believe learning should be fun! I'm relaxed and like to teach using simple analogies that are easy to understand.
Many of my students will tell you, I explain things simply and you will experience those light bulb moments!

I know what it's like to feel like a novice and believe in asking "stupid" questions. I like to teach using analogies and bust through the stupid jargon of IT. I work full time coaching learners and offer half-hour slots. I have several years' experience in a wide range of IT fields including IT support, Network Engineering and Cyber Security. I hold CompTIA and Microsoft qualifications.
