I lean more toward the coaching-style of teaching, using effective description, demonstration, and illustration. A typical lesson will be based solely on the individual need of the student, and can include prepared Q&A, AMA (as me anything), physical and illustrative demonstration, screen-sharing, deep-dives, scientific study evidence, and more.
